接下来就要做到聪明了，虽然聪明是褒义词，但绝对不要给人感觉你很聪明，大多数人都喜欢和老实人打交道，而不是和精明的人打交道。所以我们的聪明要隐藏起来。聪明只能用在大利益大原则上，有了老实人人的人设，偶尔精明一下，偶尔撒个谎都不是问题。
举例说一下，我们以前帮客户开发一款软件，因为是灰产，所以上线就被攻击威胁，我们的技术团队不成熟，第一次遇到这种情况，很棘手，当时某云给我们的解决方案是买28万一年的高防产品，客户也认可了，我们让客户再给我们最后一晚时间来研究，最后再凌晨三点，我们找到了一个只需要6千块钱就能完美解决的方案，帮客户节省下来28万，但在这个过程中，我们没有以任何借口向客户加价，总是以自己防御没做好的姿态和客户交流。客户也非常感激我们。
在接下来和这位客户的长期开发过程中，我们报价他们基本上都不带还价的，合作一直非常顺畅，因为我们的人设经营的比较好，就是老实负责的形象，前面的付出就是装傻的过程，后面的报价就是聪明的表现。
讲这个案例，并不是说我们有多高明，而只是举个舍得的例子，俗话说，舍不得孩子套不住狼，舍孩子就是傻的表现，套住狼才是聪明的结果。
老子的思想无为而无不为，就是以无为的舍去铺垫经营自己的人设，在以无不为的得，来收割获利。
