2019年２月，市民秦某到东港公安分局报案，称于2018年９月份在网上认识一外国朋友，在获取其信任后，对方以让其代收包裹需交纳关税为由，骗取秦某12万元。
接报警后，分局迅速组织警力上案，在市反诈骗中心及有关警种指导下，通过资金流查询以及调取大量视频监控，在广东警方配合下一举打掉一涉外诈骗犯罪团伙，抓获陈某霞、周某、黄某捷等6名犯罪嫌疑人，其中3人为尼日利亚籍，带破省外案件20余起，涉案价值200余万元。案件正在进一步侦查中。

1、清理微信僵尸粉诈骗
“免费帮你清理微信僵尸粉”、“我在清理微信好友，一清吓一跳”，相信不少人应该收到过这样的微信消息。所谓“僵尸粉”是指删除自己而自己却不知道的好友，犯罪分子打着主动帮助清理“僵尸粉”的旗号，让不少人点开了信息中附带的清理链接，并按照骗子说的步骤操作，实际上是将自己的微信在不法分子电脑上登录，对方则趁机盗取用户微信号、好友信息，甚至植入木马病毒。
2、以提高信用卡、借吧额度实施诈骗
2018年10月18日，曾某在家中通过自己微信号看到有人发送了一条关于可以提高支付宝借呗额度的广告。然后曾某通过扫描广告中的二维码添加好友，经过和对方交流，对方称可以将借呗额度提升到30万。之后对方以收取手续费、保证金等名义让曾某共使用支付宝扫描支付了11800元就联系不上了，曾某被骗11800元
3、伪装亲友诈骗。
2018年11月2日，韦某某在上班时，一个名为DSDW的QQ号加了韦某某的QQ，该人假冒韦某某的女儿龙某某，称想在大学补四门课，需要缴纳35200元的培训费。韦某某就给对方账号打去35500元，后发现被骗。
4、刷单赚钱诈骗
2019年8月1日，叶女士收到一条短信，对方自称是淘宝刷单的工作人员，称可以通过淘宝刷单赚钱，让被害人加其QQ号详聊。被害人便信以为真，加了对方QQ，对方建了一个只有被害人和她两个人的QQ群，通过叶女士扫描二维码下单，淘宝客服为其返现的方式进行刷单。
叶女士按照对方的要求进行刷单，下单90元后，对方连本金加提成共返还95元。随后，完成第二笔400元的刷单后，对方要求继续完成第三笔1500元的订单后一起返现。叶女士多次下单，对方却始终称未按要求完成任务，无法进行返现，需继续刷单，直到感觉被骗后报警。
